NEW BOX
Starting a business is difficult in most industries, and possibly the tobacco industry raises the level of complexity to another level. We at Kurbits Snus are very proud to be able to take an important step towards our goal of having a production that not only focuses on taste and feeling, but also includes sustainability factors in order to cope with future risks and concerns about climate and environmental problems.
ABOUT THE NEW BOX
It is an enormous pleasure for us to proudly present a box that is completely fossil-free, both in terms of content and energy employed for its production. The box is marked "ISCC", which stands for "International Sustainability Carbon Certification". As far as we know, we are the only ones who have this certification on our snus boxes (among manufacturers who sell finished products on a national and international market).
We have also changed the adhesive for our labels, so that the glue which keeps the labels in place does not contain any environmental toxins and therefore does not contribute to any increased contamination of existing ecosystems.
Of course, there is still a lot of work to do, and we will continue to invest whenever we see a gain for the environment, climate, and people - at the same time maintaining the quality we have with natural aromas and meeting the requirements for Swedish snus production.
